We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, personable, and ambitious individual to be the newest member of our team! The Customer Care Specialist works within the Global Learning, Technology & Delivery department to ensure that all students are provided stellar customer service from questions regarding our courses and products to assistance with the course ware, etc. The Customer Care Specialist must work diligently to maintain a professional, friendly, responsive and helpful experience for our online students and internal and external customers.
This role requires a friendly, self-motivated individual that enjoys working with the general public to support the training programs conducted via our online, instructor led and virtual classroom deliveries. Individuals must be comfortable working in an online environment and conducts the majority of their work via phone and e-mail. The successful candidate must have the following traits: dependable, flexible, ability to work independently, customer focused, detail oriented, trustworthy and can multi-task within a fast paced environment.
Ensure timeliness and accuracy of student enrollments in all of ESI's learning environments
Respond in a timely manner to student inquiries concerning enrollment, course administration, and fundamentals of the learning platform
Maintain communication with customers via e-mail, direct phone conversation, and voicemail
Direct student inquiries and concerns to appropriate ESI contacts and ensure follow up
Respond to instructor questions and requests regarding course administration
Ensure resolution of customer complaints
Act as Virtual Classroom Administrator for public and client sessions, including tests and pilots
Participate in various administrative and organizational projects
Assist with the setup and administration of our online assessment tools
Assist with implementing quality control on data entry during system transitions
Other duties as assigned
Bachelor degree and/or equivalent work experience
Two- Four years' experience in a client/customer service oriented environment
Working knowledge of MS Office. Ability to learn PwPro, Plateau and Intacct
Ability to work with global customers
Excellent oral and written business communication skills
Excellent client management skills
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and juggle competing priorities and deadlines
Must be organized and detail oriented, including the ability to operate with high energy in a fast paced environment
Upbeat, high energy individual with a positive, can-do attitude
Professional appearance and phone demeanor
Ability to develop strong trusting relationships on order to gain support and achieve results

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
