DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
Create future production machine layouts including all peripheral equipment.
Maintain plant layout by field verifying machine size and location along with peripheral equipment using AutoCAD 2014.
Work closely with engineers to verify proper machine layout for process flow.
Strong technical communication skills.
Maintain all 1 line utility drawings using AutoCAD 2014.
Strong external reference file management (pulling files from CAD/Solidworks).
Scan and organize drawings.
Create purchase orders and verify items delivery.
Create and maintain contractor work schedules using appropriate planning software.
Manage various contractors and their projects throughout the facility.
Detailed Description
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS(MUST meet minimum qualifications to be considered)
Associates degree or 4 years equivalent experience with CAD and 2 years with project management
Job Requirements
PREFERENCES
Design and model airflow through current and redesigned ductwork.
Use precision measurement equipment to check and recreate part drawings.
Create models of equipment for modification or repair using Solidworks 2013.
Measure and balance airflow on degreaser/ furnace ductwork.
