Answer telephones and greet customers, resolve customer issues or concerns

Manage and maintain confidential/sensitive matters
Job Requirements:
Mastery of all Windows Office applications or willingness to learn
Outstanding communication skills
Ability to work independently of management
Natural ability to manage and prioritize workflow
Change in our business is constant so you will need to exhibit flexibility with a strong ability to adapt
