Position Description
Support the Direct Auto consumer lending loan officer team. Process supporting documentation in the fulfillment of Auto loans. Work with consumers and loan officers to gather necessary documentation and create loan packages. Assist consumers with questions or the next steps in regards to the lending process. Uses computerized system for tracking, information gathering, and/or troubleshooting. General knowledge of secured loans and Bank of America products and services. Must have good communication, typing and problem-solving skills.
Enterprise Role Description
/ Responsible for the timely and accurate processing of direct, indirect, wholesale, lease or real estate equity loans generated by the Consumer Bank. Associates at this level also analyze problem situations and implement corrective actions. Associates should have a working knowledge of retail loan processing and may provide guidance to less experienced processo/rs.
