Assists in the administration and communication of employee benefits.

1. Assists in the administration and communication of employee benefits.
2. Processes employee benefit actions.
3. Audits and reconciles benefit deduction reports.
4. Maintains benefit tracking worksheets.
5. Researches and resolves employee benefit claims.
6. Provides employees with information regarding benefit programs
7. Assists with annual open enrollment.
#
1. Minimum of 2 years employee benefit experience.
2. College degree preferred.
3. Has a working knowledge of FMLA, HIPPA, COBRA, and ERISA.
4. Excellent PC skills with HRIS experience.
5. Excellent written/verbal/interpersonal communication skills.
6. Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
