Directs and manages Cash Management services. This position is responsible for product and service growth, execution, risk management, daily activities and the attainment of goals and objectives.
Collaborates with other division staff including Commercial Lending, Retail Banking, and Deposit Services to expand the use of cash management products and services, grow core deposits, increase income and strengthen customer relationships assessing customer needs and recommending products and services.
Oversee the day to day operations of the Cash Management Department including the development, implementation, and operational support for new and/or enhanced Cash Management services. Grow deposits through the sale of Cash Management products and services to current and prospective customers.
Research and analyze the products and services offered by competitors to better position HarborOne Bank's share in the market and recommend new products and services that could better serve HarborOne's customers.
Work with other divisions to maintain a diverse collection of cash management products and services to better serve our customers. Products include but are not limited to; Wire Originations, Merchant Services, business debit cards, etc.
Oversee and participate in the implementation of products and/or services to ensure policy and procedure compliance and service excellence by addressing any customer technical needs. Responsible to pro-actively communicate technical and product changes to clients and bank employees prior to implementation of new products/services. Create updated product guides for all Cash Management products/services.
Maintain HarborOne's service excellence culture through continuous customer contact, superior product knowledge, personalized service, and ensuring complete customer satisfaction during and after implementation of new products/services.
Responsible for achieving performance objectives and goals by managing the adoption of products and services to current and prospective HarborOne customers through cold calls, in person sales appointments, and development of marketing efforts such as letters, direct mail campaigns, and departmental wide promotions.
Provide management, training, and support to direct reports in the Cash Management Department. This includes writing and delivering performance appraisals, coaching and counseling substandard job performance, interviewing and hiring employees.
Serve as a liaison to follow up and resolve any issues related to cash management products and services that require immediate attention or escalation to specific individuals or departments.
Demonstrate a strong business acumen including decision making skills, understanding of risk management and risk mitigation, profitability, and profit maximization.
Maintain an up to date knowledge of all HarborOne products and services including but not limited to cash management, electronic banking, commercial lending, mortgage lending, and retail banking products.
Maintain an active participation in community based events to promote the Bank's products and services.
Maintain up to date compliance requirements as well as adhering to HarborOnes's policies and procedures.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Business, or economics from a 4-year college or university. 5 years of related experience in cash management products, sales, and banking operations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to Multitask and meet deadlines.
Detail Oriented.
Local travel is required. Must have a current, valid, in good standing, driver's license.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
