Summary:
The Sales Merchandiser position isresponsible for the execution of Anderson Merchandisers standards to drivesales and meet retailer client expectations. Daily communication and follow-up with the Territory Sales Lead isexpected. We achieve optimal results byimplementing the Anderson Approach, which consists of Collaboration, Preselland Awareness, Implementation, Reporting and Post Reporting.
SUPERVISION:
This position is under the supervisionof the District Sales Manager and also receives direction from the Territory SalesLead.
DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES, includebut are not limited to the following:
_ Collaboration:_
ommunicate with store managementand maintain excellent rapport with store personnel.
Communicate to theTerritory Sales Lead on a daily basis as to all activities accomplished as wellas any sales opportunities.
Respond immediately to all store concerns and alerting Territory Sales Lead and/or DSM.
_ P__re- Sell andAwareness:_
Pre-sell retail counterparts, store manager, department manager, associates and customers.
Make Territory Sales Lead and DSM aware of success or potential barriers.
_ Implementation:_
Merchandisingand execution of all assigned projects with required quality and accuracy.
Maintain accountaesthetics and consistent above average project execution compliance.
Performproduct/fixture/display/modular resets, set POP and signing appropriately.
SP Certified to performall available functions.
Knowledge, detailedunderstanding and consistent use of all available functions of handheld device.
Sell future programs andpromotions to store management.
Maintain company, client,and retailer confidentiality.
_ Reporting:_
Maintain the highest level of accuracy and integrity in survey/project reporting.
Inventory management through counts, pulls, and on-hand and out-of-stock reporting
_ Post Reporting:_
Communicate sales and promotional placement results with store management.
Report specific requests, needs, and sales opportunities to Territory Sales Lead/DSM.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS,including but not limited to the following:
Must be able to lift objects andproduct up to a maximum of 75 lbs with frequent lifting and/or carrying ofobjects/products up to 35 lbs, in addition the ability to lift heavyobjects up to 100 lbs withassistance from another associate.
Work could be performed while sitting,standing or walking.
Work performed will entail bending, twisting, squatting, andclimbing, as well as upper and lower body mobility.
Work flexible shifts (amor pm) based on store requirements and needs.
Work aminimum of one 4-hour weekend shift based on store requirements.
Valid driver's license isrequired as travel to additional locations may be necessary.
Automobile liabilityinsurance is required to be maintained.
Must have a computer,internet access, printing capabilities, and e-mail.
Access to webcam preferred.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
