Account Manager, AIG Property Casualty

Responsible for all services delivered to the Property Casualty region including leadership and service delivery, solution advisory and overall service integration. Ensures services are provided in a timely manner with high quality.
Additional responsibilities include:
Ensures all services provided to Property Casualty within the region meet expectations in terms of timeliness, professionalism and quality.
Cultivates and maintains strong relationships with client's regional leadership team.
Aligns regional AIGGS capacities and client demand level to ensure services are provided on a timely manner.
Provides leadership to the regional account team and resolves any resource conflicts and prioritization issues.
Prepares and manages the region's annual operating and capital budget working closely with Account Team business operations and the AIGGS finance team.
Collaborates with regional and corporate HR to grow, retain, and attract top regional talent.
Prioritizes services based on client needs and urgency.
Ensures regional operations are in compliance with corporate policies and standards. In addition to strong operations and/or service delivery experience, the ideal candidate should have the following:
Strong customer relationship management experience
Capable problem management skills
Sound organizational agility
Strong interpersonal and team skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
