The Judge Group is currently seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for a growing dairy company located in the New Castle, Indiana area. The qualified individual will have the primary leadership role in the company's PSM program and will be directly responsible for the utility system performance optimization and maintenance programs.
This job will have the following
Responsibilities:
Leads the PSM program
Designs and conducts utility optimization projects
Works with and has knowledge of HVAC, Allen-Bradley PLC's , and high pressure boiler systems
All other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Manager
Qualifications & Requirements:
5 years of experience with ammonia refrigeration as an operator or technician
3 years of supervisory experience
RETA training with CIRO certification is preferred
Exceptional written and oral communication and organizational skills
Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
