Summary
The Assistant Fitness Manager's focus will be to drive sales and product services. Assistant Fitness Managers are assigned to a SNAP Fitness location, with the expectation of generating new business and driving customer service to achieve monthly sales goal.
Roles and Responsibilities
Sells and conducts certified personal training sessions and assessments.
Executes an effective prospecting strategy using approved company lead generations.
Responsible for the successful attainment of company targets, including revenue and client retention.
Follow up on leads and referrals.
Update communications with potential and existing customers on a daily basis.
Provide excellent service to new and existing customers through regular communication.
Bring suggestions and customer feedback to the attention of management.
Inform club management when aware of service issues.
Complies with operational procedures in the club.
Demonstrates an expert level knowledge about fitness to generate sales.
Establish and maintain both current and potential customer relationships.
Prepare a variety of status reports, including daily call sheet documenting, business contacts and sales goal adherences.
Communicate new promotions, contests, information to all existing and potential clients.
Maintain accurate and organized files.
Expectations
This is flex part-time employment. We expect a minimum commitment of 25 hours per week, at least 5 days per week (20-25 hours of managing/selling minimum).
Position includes an expectation of personal training to be provided on top of the base number of hours, up to a total of 40 hours per week of work.
We expect you to work, promptly, the schedule agreed upon with the local club supervisor and clock in and out each day for every shift.
Job Training is mandatory; Conference calls and live sales training will occur weekly.
Maintain PT and CPR certifications throughout employment at employee's expense.
Daily accountability must be completed and sent to your supervisor.
