SUMMARY
Support the retention efforts of the school by providing a positive environment, in the housing communities, that is conducive to learning and growing. Recruit, train, manage and evaluate resident assistant staff to assist you in your goals. Assist in maintaining the housing database in an accurate and timely manner. Enter student violations into the database on a daily basis. Follow up with student violations to ensure students are given proper instruction on how to correct problems. Guide resident assistant staff to ensure productive use of time. Inspect housing properties to ensure resident assistant staff is properly maintaining order and cleanliness.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Oversee the direction of assigned personnel, which includes work allocation, training, and problem resolution; evaluates performance and makes recommendations for personnel actions; motivates employees to achieve peak productivity and performance.
2. Enter student violations into CampusVue in an accurate and timely manner.
3. Answer calls to Housing Phone Numbers and assist as necessary.
4. Report maintenance issues to maintenance supervisor immediately to ensure prompt service.
5. Ensure units are cleaned including carpets and floors as well as the grounds.
6. Assist the housing assistant in his/her duties as necessary to ensure a smooth running department.
7. Inform WyoTech Housing students of policies and violations.
8. Assist during campus registration and Housing check-in as assigned.
9. Assist in down week activities, as needed including cleaning, room assignments, and general office assistance.
10. Inform housing manager of situations in housing as they arise to ensure speedy resolution.
11. Assist housing manager in other areas as assigned.

## Qualifications
Minimum of Associates Degree with 2 to 4 years experience related to dealing with customer service or student affairs.
Communication skills and abilities in the areas of reading, speaking, writing and telephone use are essential.
Mathematical skills and abilities including calculation are required.
A valid Wyoming driver's license and a good driving record are required.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
