Strong skills in .NET 4.0 +. WCF, MVC, SOAP, RESTFUL services
Strong Relational database background - SQL Server 2008 and above, Oracle
Solid Experience in Analysis, Design and Development of web sites and web services
Must be a self-starter, work well independently and in a collaborative team environment
Strong verbal/written communications and presentation skills
Interacting with other IT personnel in order to provide technical expertise and services.
Strong programming skills including software engineering methodologies and best practices
Participate in the SCRUM or Agile development methodology, participation in sprints, reviews, and other meetings.
Mandatory Functional Skills
Baseline application performance
Work on Application Performance Targets defined by management
Gather Performance and Load Test Metrics
Performance Profiling tools
Load testing applications
Creating Performance Tests
Performance Profiling
Memory Profiling
Load Balancing
Internet Information Server (IIS)
HTTP Optimization
Optimizing Data access layer
Implementing Message Queues
Experience with .Net Remoting
Working Effectively with Legacy Code, any experience comparable to 20-30 million lines of code?
Strong Problem solving and root cause identification skills
