Responsibilities:
Coordinates activities such as transportation and receiving of product at the plant.
Inspects quality, ensuring all criteria meets plan.
Ensures timely and accurate delivery tickets for customers.
Assists in loader operation at bins and stock pile, and performs plant maintenance and housekeeping.
Monitors, recommends and implements repairs and routine maintenance of equipment, buildings and grounds.
Investigates abnormal operating events or equipment failures to determine the cause and initiates immediate action to address any concerns.
Hires, trains and develops employees.
Provides constructive feedback and opportunities for development to workforce.
Enforces all safety, environmental and DOT requirements.
Implements process improvements.
Qualifications:
5
years experience in construction materials/aggregates industry.
Self-driven, accountable, high integrity, open communicator, strong work ethic.
Intermediate computer skills in programs such as MS Word, MS Excel and Outlook are required, fast and accurate data entry skills.
Strong time management skills; Must be able to handle various issues simultaneously and prioritize.
Strong organizational skills.
Strong communication skills both written and verbal.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
