My client, a billion dollar organization, is looking for an Accounts Payable Manager due to growth! They offer a family oriented culture, great benefits, and work/life balance. $55-$65k plus bonus!
Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Supervisor:
The Accounts Payable Manager will manage the day-to-day activities of 4 Accounts Payable employees
Process paper voucher voids as required and review and research B2B errors
Assist to identify, develop and implement improvement opportunities within role
Facilitates the development and maintenance of policies, procedures, goals and objectives to meet the Accounts Payable department mission
Review of payments within stated guidelines to ensure accuracy and manual payment batches across various legacy systems
Produce and review internal and external reports as assigned and fraudulent check paperwork and filing
Assist to identify, develop and implement improvement opportunities within role
Participate in the development/maintenance of process documentation of Claims Payable processes
Experience required for the Accounts Payable Manager:
Bachelor's Degree is required
Must have 3 or more years of experience managing a team
Large corporation experience is preferred
Balance sheet account reconciliation experience
Experience with MS Office Software, Excel, Dynamics, and OracleEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
