Providing daily technical support for the assembly process;
Analyzing assembly line layouts, workflow, assembly methods, change-over-fixturing, gauges, work-in-process (WIP) storage, and tool storage;
Developing APQP requirements, including PFMEA, Process Flow Charts, and Process Design Sheets;
Leading and participating in activities to build prototype and pre-production sample part, and distributing internal Initial Sample Inspection Report (ISIR);
Supporting Program Management generated project macro-schedules with detailed engineering micro-schedules to ensure that all milestones are tracked and completed on time.

EDUCATION: 4-year degree required; Industrial Technology, Engineering, or related disciplines preferred.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
2
years of related manufacturing experience;
Experience in the automotive industry;
Analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and planning skills;
Knowledge of assembly line layouts, workflow, assembly methods, change-over-fixturing, gauges, work-in-process (WIP) storage, and tool storage;
Knowledge of APQP, PFMEA, Process Flow Charts, Process Design Sheets;
Interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
