The Web Developer Designs, develops, deploys and maintains websites ranging in size from single landing pages to large scale institutional websites in support of the Company's new student recruitment activities.

Responsibilities:
Designs, develops, and maintains custom web sites through the use of proprietary and third-party software.
Develops email templates for internal and third party mailing systems.
Works closely with Manager of Web Development in estimation and planning activities.
Helps identify and resolve gaps between requirements and technical design.
Coordinates, integrates, and manages information contributed to the website. Establishes template formats and logical structures for web pages, as appropriate.
Creates work estimates and timeframes for development tasks.
Develops tests for quality assurance. Performs debugging and bug tracking as needed.
Creates technical documentation as needed.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or related field from an institution accredited by an accrediting agency recognized by the US Department of Education.
At least four years total experience in Web design and development. Two years of mobile site development required. Expertise in Cold Fusion, , jQuerry, XML, SQL and related technologies. Experience with common tools such as Dreamweaver, Flash, Photoshop, ImageReady, Fireworks, and Illustrator.
Efficiently utilize a personal computer and related software including Microsoft Office, internet proficiencies and related departmental software.
Experience in organizing and writing reports of a technical nature. Able to communicate results to all levels of employees with varying degrees of technical knowledge.
Proven experience in solving complex problems for individuals or teams. Experience with analyzing and identifying the strengths and weaknesses of options and exercising critical thinking, problem solving, and judgment skills.
Proven track record of project completions.
Proven record of multi-tasking and ability to handle a high pressure environment with significant timeline pressures.
Past history of developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with others and maintaining them over time.
Able to enjoy the challenge of working with technology in a rapidly changing environment.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
