Job Description:
Parks and retrieves guests' passenger vehicles in a friendly, professional and timely manner. Ensures guest luggage is secure at all times and delivered in a timely manner. Greets guests as they retrieve their vehicles, verifying the guest name with the ticket #, pulling the keys from the key board, placing them the pickup area. Ensures that guests experience a level of service and comfort that meets or exceeds IP standards.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Must be able to read, write and speak English. Must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record (in the last three years, no suspensions, no DUI/DWI convictions, no careless driving violations, less than three moving violations/chargeable accidents). Must be 18 years of age with two years driving experience or 21 years of age. Must possess excellent communication skills with the ability to express self in a professional, clear and concise fashion. Must be able to work flexible shifts / hours, holidays and weekends. Must present a well-groomed appearance, and possess excellent guest service skills.Must be able to drive all types of passenger vehicles with automatic and manual transmissions in a safe and timely fashion.Must be able to get along with co-workers and work as a team. Must have basic knowledge of operating basic office machinery; i.e. fax, copier, printer, adding machine.
