POSITION
Summary:
As a member of the Sourcing and Pipeline Development Team the Talent Acquisition Sourcer is responsible for finding and attracting the best talent to Company X by understanding Company X's strategic talent needs, possessing intimate geographic, market and functional expertise, building relationships with sourcing leads and serving as a candidate advocate during the initial talent acquisition phase.
As a dedicated resource to multiple geographic and/or functional talent areas, develops thorough knowledge of the staffing needs for the business partnering with staffing, HR and clients to include immediate needs as well as strategic hiring plans. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute against candidate sourcing strategies based on market research and workforce data analysis. Create and foster strong relationships with colleges, alumni groups, local networks and professional organizations to attract and recruit candidates. Identify, assess, sell Company X's Employment Value Proposition and relationship building with all levels of Company X future talentEstablished Staffing SME (Subject Matter Expert) on tactics, technologies and all subtle forms of both the art and science of networking. Aggressively pursues all leads through passive channels and develops pipelines of future Company X talent through extensive networking and referrals. Established Staffing SME in competitive industry/geographic intelligence and analysis. Cold calls inside industry contacts and competitor companies to identify future Company X talent. Efficiently converts SMR generated leads into relationships for future Company X employment to include company lists, associations, schools, social networking tools, etc. Utilizes Behavioral Based Interviewing techniques to assess future talent and in turn prioritizes time commitments in building relationships to include target branding/marketing/events invites based on preference/desires of individual talent. Effectively markets Company X throughout appropriate internet communities based on a unified brand as established in the EVP. Maintains knowledge of source effectiveness through market research and ROI analysis of assigned sources used within Sourcing and Pipeline Development. Strong team contributor in all forms (new ideas, team calls, mentoring, training, stretch assignments, back up for LOA, etc). Participates and leads Shared Services Staffing special projects in the areas of communication/marketing/tools/skill development. Aggressively meets/exceeds annual, monthly, weekly sourcing objectives to include, but not limited to, contacts, leads, interviews, hires, market penetration, cost savings, improved time and quality of fill.Qualifications Required

Education:
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent in experience and education
Experience:
- 5
years of sourcing/recruiting experience in a corporate staffing, professional search or agency setting.Minimum of 4 years leadership or mentorship experienceMinimum of 4 years sourcing/recruiting experience to include several of the following:demonstrated success in hiring diverse candidates and mastery of current diverse sources nationally cold calling source strategies executive/professional pipeline development experience use/knowledge of assessment tools and strategies candidate and/or company marketing/branding social networking and other Web 2.0 channels employment market research analysis and implementation of new sourcing tools and methods measurement of source effectiveness Basic knowledge of overall staffing operationsGeneric Skills:Demonstrated hunter mentality sourcing/networking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and follow-up skills and the ability to function under pressure and meet deadlines. High level of self initiative with the ability to work with minimal supervision.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
