Responsible for the end-to-end software development of the complete software development lifecycle. Responsible for changes implemented into software systems. Participate in detailed design sessions with leads for proposed system changes. Write complex procedures and functions. Create JAXB classes that interact with rating engines. Interact with other team members for new interfaces being implemented in systems. Provide first level technical assistance to teams. Set up technical environments. Create code base in Version Manager. Interact with Data Architecture team to get data base changes approved. Implement HTTPS security in applications. Interact with Middleware team to get applications deployed in various regions. Coordinate release management. Perform peer reviews of coding to ensure code quality is maintained. Provide first level post production support for applications. Coordinate performance testing of applications. Coordinate user acceptance testing of applications. Train team members on Dojo.
Warren, NJ and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. Travel and work to client sites as assigned.
Experience must include the following: Experience must include the following: Java/ J2EE; XSD/ XSL/XML; EJB; JDBC; JNDI; experience implementing Web Services using JAX RPC programming model; IBM WebSphere application server and related tools; experience working on Insurance Domain applications; Oracle/ DB2; version management tools, including PVCS, VSS, and CVS; UNIX; experience in implementing application level security using SSL-MA. Travel and work to client sites as assigned.
Bachelors degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science or a related field PLUS five (5) years of information technology experience.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
