I am currently seeking an HR Generalist for a direct hire position located in Monmouth County, NJ.
My client, an international owned technical education company, is looking to start their HR Department. They have 55 employees and currently using an office manager and payroll clerk to manage their employees.
They are looking for their first HR person, could this be you?
I'm searching for a Generalist with at least five to seven years of experience. Must be strong in Compliance (EEO, eVerify, etc), Recruitment and Employee Relations.
Since this will be a department of one, the ideal candidate must have solid experience in establishing Best Practices for the company, be strong in HR Law and can work with all levels of management.

Annual salary range is $70,000 to $80,000, based on experience.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
