Description:
As part of the Solution Delivery organization, the Project Manager will be responsible for delivering quality products and solutions to customers by understanding product strategy and customer needs, supporting the development of business cases, developing business requirements, and supporting product development and deployment.
The Project Manager provides leadership and support to business and system partners through requirements gathering, process development and training programs. There is joint responsibility with the lead systems manager to provide technical oversight to ensure business requirements are met, monitor project plans, manage budgets, align resources, and manage change. Additionally, the Project Manager implements, drives, and refines best practices and processes for solution delivery and development across PI.
MAJOR
Responsibilities:
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Develop and Execute an overall project plan
Communicate project status and escalate issues as appropriate
Support and influence rollout planning and coordination
Conduct post-project evaluations
Coordinate rollout/launch
Maintain issues lists and resolve outstanding issues
Build consensus among project team in support of the development process
RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT
Build effective partnerships across the business and technology to ensure the needs of the business are met
Identify key stakeholders and facilitate resolution of issues related to the product development process
PROJECT PLAN DEVELOPMENT
Leads planning and rollout development of project plans. Partners with the business community to provide internal and external rollout strategy to ensure business communication needs are met, develop/coordinate review of internal and external communication and training plans, coordinate/manage rollout enablement for initial phase of customer rollout.
BUSINESS OVERSIGHT
Provides integrated oversight and controls from initial Project Assessment through to Launch for all Business readiness and Technology Solution activities and deliverables to ensure that scope is met on schedule and within budget.
TIME MANAGEMENT
Responsible for the timely completion of all assigned tasks and deliverables as defined by the project schedule
Education and
Experience:
7-10 years of related project management experience in financial services, systems development, product development, and/or project/product management.
College Degree or MBA preferred
PMP Certification preferred.
Private Wealth Management, Brokerage, Managed Account, Back-office experience preferred
Experience with database development or data architecture preferred
Skills/Knowledge:
Strong project management skills demonstrated for challenging client, inter-related or technically oriented projects.
Experience in demonstrating leadership/influence and collaboration in a matrix-managed environment, and across multiple and diverse groups.
Strong consultative, listening, communications, and analytical skills.
Critical thinker with good judgment and initiative.
Solid understanding of formal development methodologies (i.e. FSDM, Agile)
Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to work across the organization and interact/influence/negotiate effectively at all levels of management and peers.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
