About the Job:
WeddingWire seeks a full-time Sales Development Specialist to help nurture the skills of our growing local advertising sales team. This person will assist the Sales Development team and Sales Managers to plan and execute programs for training and career development of our inside sales professionals.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
Training and on-boarding new sales team members
Create and maintain on-going materials to support the learning efficiency of sales reps
Facilitate rewards programs to recognize top talent and encourage productivity
Identify problem areas among sales staff and assist in implementing solutions
Daily Role play and Call Shadowing sessions to coach reps through various call scenarios
Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values
About You:
You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
You have the ability to present information in front of large groups
You are extremely organized and task oriented
You have time management skills with ability to quickly prioritize tasks
You possess a thorough understanding of the sales process and insideEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
