Job Summary
We are looking for smart, motivated individuals with outstanding sales skills to join our team in a full time position.Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to educating potential customers about our products, creating custom solutions for fireplace and hearth products, and providing excellent customer service after the sale.
Job Responsibilities
Positively influence sales by managing inbound customer inquiries
Handle incoming customer calls in a professional and personable manner
Respond quickly and accurately to customer inquiries via telephone and email
Deliver precise and prompt estimates to customers with proactive follow up to secure the sale
Monitor order status to ensure accurate and timely processing
Navigate company specific CRM system to enter estimates, process orders, and document sales inquiries
Set up and maintain accurate records and notes in system
Report trends related to sales questions, product specifications, and customer desires
Complete ad hoc projects and tasks related to sales-related product issues
Work in partnership with Operations, Accounting and other departments in regards to timely resolution of customer issues
Make recommendations for process improvements
