Overview:
If you have demonstrated leadership skills, top notch technical skills and a commitment to quality service for your residents; AMLI is the place to be. As the Maintenance Supervisor for AMLI at Seven Bridges, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating activities of a service team to ensure that all upkeep, inventory and repair of grounds and buildings of the property are completed in an efficient manner. You and your team will diagnose problems and repair in areas such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, dry walling, exterior structural, and appliances. You will also schedule and directly supervise all in-house and/or vendor work. Individual should be willing to share on-call with other team members. Free housing is available with this position.
Requirements: Candidates should have a High school diploma or GED, along with EPA Universal or 1 type 1 and 2 certification plus 1-3 years multi-family/apartment industry experience.
