Data management experience with emphasis on conforming to enterprise standards and meeting program/project business requirements in the traditional entity-relation area as well as in big-data systems.
Positions in this function are involved in the design, development, communication and implementation of the organization's big data technology and applications plan, including the components required to support it and in the integration of corporate and business data design. Responsible for coordinating, administering and supporting activities related to data planning, data recovery and development and related projects. Includes all types of IT business data resources as well as IT technical data resources.

Manages and is accountable for professional employees and/or supervisors.
Proven experience to elicit requirements and developing constructs in conceptual and logical data models to support business requirements
Proven experience to interpret logical data models and ensure alignment with business requirements
Data modeling and analysis experience (conceptual, physical and logical) and experience using ERWin or another data modeling tool
Demonstrated ability to communicate ideas (both verbally and in writing) to executives and technologists
Ability to consult with business and technology representatives and to negotiate satisfactory outcomes for all
Excellent facilitation, verbal, and written communication skills

Experienced leader with a proven track record of developing high performing team
15 or more years in the IT profession
10 or more years in the Healthcare Industry
10 or more years of experience in big data applications / big data design
3 or more years of experience with Teradata and or Hadoop based platforms
