Job Description: PRESCHOOL TEACHER
Classroom teacher: The individual serving in this position is responsible for the general management of a group of 4 children ages 6 weeks-12 months or 11 children ages 36-47 months.
Classroom Aide: The individual serving in this position is responsible for the general management of a group of 11-20 children between the ages of 24 months and 5 years old.
QUALIFICATIONS
The individual must have obtained a high school diploma, be at least 21 years of age, and have successfully completed Parts I & II of the required Department of Children and Families child care training courses equaling 40 hours of coursework with passing scores on all examinations.
Experiential backgroundEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
