Qualifications :
- Demonstrated subject matter expertise in US benefits and compensation, including 10 years or more of progressively challenging roles in employee benefits and compensation.
- Benefits work experience must be current.
- Strong analytical and project management skills: proficiency in MS Excel, Access and Projects
- Working knowledge of US legal and regulatory environment, including, but not limited to ERISA, PPACA, 409(A), 401(a), PPA, MAP 21, and the impact on employee benefit programs
- Experience in delivering global rewards programs and annual compensation processes
- Evidence of Rewards Continuing Education: CEBS, CBP, or CCP designation preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Responsibilities:
- The incumbent will support the annual benefits open enrollment for approximately 12,000 US employees.
- Support the implementation of a Health Savings Account (HSA) plan for the first time in the organization.
- Partner with multiple benefits vendors to enable a smooth enrollment process.
- Provide technical benefits expertise to shared service center to enable a smooth process.
- Support benefits vendor changes. Develop communications and education materials in support of benefits open enrollment.
- The incumbent will also oversee and project manage the annual compensation process.
- Provide guidance and expertise on compensation practices to enable a smooth merit increase, bonus, etc. process.
