CUORE is looking for inside sales representatives with a passion for sales and driving results through product knowledge and professinalism.
CUORE is a 420-seat call center located in Midlothian, VA that focuses on customer contact stragegies for our clients that w
e expertly convert interested shoppers to new-found buyers and unclosed sales to new-found profits.
Your goal will be to answer these calls, sell the value of our clients' products, and earn business.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Generate revenue through outbound sales calls.
Continually improve sales skills through updated training, feedback and coaching
You must adhere to CUORE/CLIENT scripting and maintain full compliance as outlined by the CUORE Quality Assurance Team
Achieve 90% of sales goals and departmental productivity within 30 days of employment
After 30 days reps are expected to be at least 90% of sales metrics
To adhere to attendance and punctuality requirements as outlined by CUORE
Uphold all company policies and procedures
Flexible schedule is a must
Must be able to work Saturday and Sunday
REQUIRED EDUCATION, SKILLS, ABILITIES, QUALIFICATIONS AND
Experience:
High school diploma (GED) or equivalent - must provide resume, driver's license or passport (Government issued photo ID) and social security card or birthEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
