The Program lead is a member of the PMO group and is responsible for supporting the execution of client contracts within the company's site development division. This will be achieved through developing strong relationships, demonstrating core project management principles, communicating with senior management as well as core project teams, and driving key measures via metrics and reporting.

Primary
Responsibilities:

Understand key fundamentals of specific client contracts and associated programs.

Contribute information and recommendations to strategic planning for execution of work under the client contracts.

Implement new initiatives and various work flows to support the strategic direction, coordination, and success of projects.

Work with a variety of cross-functional teams within the Site Development, Operations, IT, HR, and Finance departments to align and execute project goals and initiatives.

Drive communications and project governances across varied levels of site development team members to drive accountability, escalation and awareness, as well as ensure risks, issues, and critical dependencies are being addressed.

Conduct analysis and partner with senior management to determine project needs, key deliverables and timelines.

Monitor key program performance indicators and ensure the senior management is informed.

Understand and respond with a sense of urgency to client and project team needs and requirements.

Ensure all internal processes and procedures are followed and quality standards are met.

Monitor receipt of client purchase orders in a timely manner.

Responsible for supervising, managing, and developing program staff.

Maintain professional, ethical, and company standards at all times.


Job Requirements:

Competencies include excellent organizational, interpersonal, analytical, written/oral communication, and listening skills.

Proven ability to drive large scale projects with high collaboration and leadership.

Ability to manage responsibilities and priorities in a fast paced, growth-oriented and time-critical environment.

Experience in problem solving & multi-tasking.

Excellent judgment and decision making skills.

Evidence of the practice of a high level of confidentiality.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
