Optomi in partnership with a nationally known non-profit organization is seeking a Salesforce Developer to work with developer teams and the Solution Architect to develop and maintain critical CRM software that supports end clients, front office, and the general business community. Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain?Force and Portal platforms within Salesforce.
Proven ability to perform software development, testing, implementation as it relates to the SalesForce.com software platform.
Build integrations into and from Salesforce and exposure to ETL tools (Jitterbit) to be able to interface data to and from Salesforce.
Implement new enhancements including creation of custom objects, workflows, email alerts, templates and campaigns.
Implement and manage various complex business processes on Salesforce.Develop and maintain VisualForce, AppExchanges, Force.com pages and integration to other third party solutions.
Key Requirements:
BA/BS (Computer Science preferred)

year's experience with software development and technical implementations, especially with Agile development methodology.
3 - 5 year's experience functioning in the Salesforce.com environment.
Proficiency with Salesforce.com development including creation of standard and custom objects and fields etc. along with solid knowledge of web services.
Salesforce.com Certification is strongly preferred.
Experience with technologies that work with Salesforce.com including: Java, java script, XML, APEX (classes and web services), Visual Force?- Salesforce APIs?- SOQL, SOSL.
Good understanding of data structures, data modeling, db schema is required.
Experience in moving code from lower sandboxes to production environment and address issues related to functionality, integration, etc.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
