PAE is currently seeking an Assistant Treasurer to assist Vice President of Finance at the Arlington Office in various initiatives.
The Assistant Treasurer will:
Manage the Corporate cash management process:
Implementing PAE's cash deployment strategy by minimizing interest and fees paid on debt and working with the Lines of Business (LOB) to minimize DSO
Analyzing the daily corporate liquidity to support multiple segments with diverse working capital requirements
Reporting the short-term cash flow forecast to executive management
Coordinating with the LOB, providing guidance, best practices and ensuring cash management process consistency throughout the organization
Working with banking partners to implement the highest levels of internal controls over cash management
Managing wires/ACHs for Corporate related activity
Managing the setup and funding of various petty cash accounts across the globe
Manage the Corporate banking relationships:
Partnering with credit facility syndication to implement banking solutions for cash collections (EFT and paper checks) and disbursements (both AP and Payroll)
Managing the corporation's currency/interest rate hedging strategy and implementation
Monitor PAE's credit facility compliance requirements:
Drafting the monthly/quarterly compliance packages
Preparing various forward looking analysis to ensure compliance with PAE's credit facility covenants and terms & conditions
Manage the corporate risk management function:
Working with the BD, Contracts, Finance & Accounting and Legal teams to understand contract requirements and design the insurance risk mitigation strategies
Providing insurance risk mitigation guidance as part of the BD capture process in support of the bid/pursuit process
Working with insurance broker to design an effective/competitive master insurance structure to cover PAE's wide range of exposures Casualty, Aviation, FinPro, Management lines, etc. for its subsidiaries and participating JVs
Working with the Contracts and the Operations organizations during the annual surveys to ensure successful policy renewals
Working with Corporate Accounting to properly allocate premiums as direct or indirect
Supporting the policy audits timely
Other duties as assigned by the Manager
A MBA or MSA from an accredited institution is required.
CPA is strongly desired; CTP and ARM certifications are desirable.
A minimum of 10 years of progressive treasury and risk management experience in government contracting is required.
Proficiency using Microsoft Office products, Costpoint Deltek ERP and Cognos report writing with experience in implementing and tailoring ERP systems is required.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment that requires handling multiple tasks at a given time and rapidly adapting to changing priorities, schedules and budgets is essential.
Strong oral and written communication and ability to interact with executive leadership is required.
Excellent organizational and time management skills are needed.
Ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions independently is required.
Ability to define problems, collect and analyze data, establish facts and propose solutions is essential.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
