SUMMARY
Jack Henry and Associates is seeking a Corporate Business Analyst that will work under general supervision. The Corporate Business Analyst provides consulting services to various areas, including recommendations for issue resolution, decision support, measurement and communications. Analyzes potential trends for the business and interprets information that assists managers and executives with policy formulation and other managerial functions to meet evolving business. Frequently interacts with customers at all levels to identify needs and requirements and propose strategies and solutions to accomplish objectives. The Corporate Business Analyst will need to have an IT operational Background and information systems audit knowledge. They will assist to stream line and improve the audit process in an IT environment. Disaster Recovery, Risk Management and IT audit compliance are the areas that will be focused on in this role. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of five years of experience in related field;
An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
Experience in Information Systems audits
IT Operational Background ( IT Audit compliance, Disaster Recover, Risk Management)

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Analyzes high volumes of data from a wide variety of sources. Identifies problems, perceptions, and potential trends; draws conclusions and advises management in business policies and practices.
Manages the Enhancement Submission Process (ESP).
Works with internal and external organizations to ensure successful completion of each product's phase.
Serves as corporate metric group.
Develops methods and instruments to accurately gather data, measure effectiveness, performance, and perceptions; based on measurement results, recommends resource allocations, and future improvement opportunities.
Designs, executes, and provides oversight of surveys for both internal and external audiences. Compiles, analyzes, and summarizes feedback.
Evaluates and designs business processes that cross multiple areas within the organization. Identifies potential trends and issues and brings them to the attention of executive management.
Through frequent customer interaction, identifies and documents customer needs and requirements; proposes strategies to accomplish objectives.
Researches and resolves issues directly impacting the customer and internal organizations.
Offers solutions and ensures issues are appropriately routed for resolution or addressed by appropriate areas.
Develops and executes communication plans and provides other writing and editing services, as needed.
Assists Customers' Regional and National User Group Boards and members, understanding the dynamics, differences, and needs within each group

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
