Conduct telephone interviews with former Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation patients, family members of former patients and professional referents to provide data for clinical research projects for the Butler Center for Research (BCR), routine healthcare operations data for the organization, and satisfaction data for patient care and organizational quality metrics.
This opportunity requires a high school diploma with additional technical or vocational training or equivalent experience desired. Minimum one year office experience with strong computer skills including basic knowledge of Microsoft Office programs. Previous experience with phone interviewing and data collection for research projects is preferred. Customer service experience and strong communication skills are desired including the ability to handle sensitive information, complaints, and follow through.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
