Provides analytical support to a specific functional area, department, or division. Develops complex reporting for assigned area/department/division. Prepares and analyzes ad hoc operational or financial performance reports. Proactively identifies and recommends solutions to business issues. Represents assigned area/department on strategic projects such as system conversions/upgrades and business process changes.
Works with models for analyzing new business opportunities, efficiency initiatives, or other business issues utilizing advanced Excel . Performs cost/benefit and ROI analyses Ad hoc analyses for management. Maintains systems applications, including managing users, profiles, account access, security, and troubleshooting issues. Compiles and loads data received from other departments utilizing spreadsheet and database application.s Assists in preparation for management reviews and budgeting activities, as required Validates accuracy of reported #s. Maintains management reports. Distributes reports Coordinates robust testing plans for new enhancements. Develops basic/intermediate models for analyzing new business opportunities, efficiency initiatives, or other business issues. Preparation for management reviews and budgeting activities, as required Tests and maintains management reports. Develops complex models for analyzing new business opportunities, efficiency initiatives, or other business issues. Develops presentations and leads presentations/training. Ability to analyze data required to recommend business solutions as well as constantly identify new sources of business data. Ability to forecast impact of each solution and implement best solution. Ability to measure impact after implementation and adapt solution as necessary. Ability to apply broad knowledge and experience when addressing complex issues as well as define strategic issues clearly despite ambiguity. Ability to make sound, timely decisions. Ability to balance strategic and tactical goals and objectives. Understands corporate objectives at all levels of the organization. Knowledge and application of Intermediate/Advanced Excel, Intermediate/Advanced Access, and Intermediate PowerPoint Ability to automate report development through the use of macros May require Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Accounting general ledger structures Level of education required: Bachelors or above required Breadth of Management: Span of Direct Reports. - N/A Human Relation Skills required: Same as previous level plus: Able to interact effectively with all levels of management. Able to facilitate group interactions. Able to display assertiveness and a high level of self-confidence.
