WaffleWaffle Account Representative
WaffleWaffle LLC is a manufacturer of gourmet Belgian waffles based in Carlstadt, NJ. We offer a number of different product lines and programs with retail and food service applications. We are a growing start up company, but already have a substantial book of business that is spread nation wide. We are looking to bring on a new team member to help maintain customer relationships, focus on our existing client base, as well as pioneer new sales. This position is essential for company growth. We are looking for someone with high energy, a positive attitude, team mentality, willingness to learn, creativity, and who is comfortable speaking with people over the phone and in person.
Responsibilities:
Account Maintenance & Sales - Checking in at the store level to promote repeat sales for all applications of WaffleWaffle products/programs/service, ensure programs are operating at full capacity & are being executed
Persistence, Passion & Persuasion - Up-sell current clients as well as execute new sales both over the phone and in person
Customer Service & Support - Must be able to acquire extensive product knowledge in order to properly service each client both at the executive and store level
Creativity - Find new ways to promote products & programs to clients using traditional marketing materials and social media accounts
Basic Administrative Duties - Must be able to learn basic Quickbooks functions to help with customer invoicing, collections, and orders.
Social Media - Help with updates on all social media accounts & participate with the creation of new marketing campaigns/promotions

Compensation includes a base salary
uncapped commission which is structured around an annual sales goal.
