A growing moving company is looking for people to fill our Part-Time Moving Specialist positions. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast paced environment, is eager to learn, a team player, well organized and able to work effectively.
Key
Responsibilities:
Build rapport and trust with the potential customer from the initial call.
Communicate to the potential customer through overall process, both through telephone and email.
Coordinate moves with office manager and operations.
Assure a successful move in by making sure the customer is aware of delivery.
Provide prompt follow up, resolve any problems quickly.
Respond to daily inquires by phone and email, including follow-up.
Completing detailed inventories and providing estimates.
Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports.
Contribute to overall success of company through positive attitude, sales performance and overall commitment.
Strong closer required.
Qualities We Look For:
Integrity, intelligence, customer focused , self-driven, results oriented, positive attitude, strong communication skills (oral and written), mature, critical thinker, creative, reliable, problem solver, strong business acumen, team player, disciplined, motivator, and dedicated.
Basic Skills:
Two years customer service and/or sales background.
Experience in moving industry a plus.
Shows understanding of basic moving principles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products
Granot experience a plus.
Compensation: Base plus commission
Hours: 25
a weekEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
