We work to answer the phone quickly and understand the customers' concerns, and needs in an energetic, compassionate and fast-paced environment.
Additionally, we also store critical components in our warehouse for the technology infrastructure surrounding our NWA area. We serve the regions technicians with storage of essential software and computer parts.
Position: Warehouse and Dispatch Associate
Location: Bentonville, AR
Compensation: 8.50/hour; Part-time; Approx. 30+- hours a week
Non-traditional work hours:
M-F 3pm-11pm
Sat-Sun 9am-9pm, 9pm-9am
Strong verbal and written communication
Dispatching experience
Customer service experience
Detail oriented
Familiar with various computer programs and operation of a smart phone
Strong work ethic
Attention to professionalism is a must
Proven phone etiquette
Self-starter, motivated, highly organizedEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
