-Manages, directs and controls the daily operation of the Benefits and Compensation Leadership
-Design, communicate and administrate all Health, Welfare, Retirement and Compensation plans.
-Evaluate the benefit plans of acquisition candidates and integration strategies
-Works closely with HR Department
-Participate in presentations to Administration and staff on benefits
-Stay aware of Best Practices
Must Haves
-Bachelors in HR, Business, Healthcare Administration or related field.
-Five plus years compensation experience with leadership and management experience required
-Five plus years experience in a compensation department of a healthcare institution preferred
-SPHR Certification
