Audi Service Advisor Needed!
International Autos Audi is looking to add an additional Audi Service Advisor to its fully remodeled building. At International Audi, exceptional service is the key to our success and this approach is provided to each customer, Always! If you have an outgoing personality and exceptional customer service skills you are a perfect candidate for our team.
Experienced Service Advisors are tasked with recommending maintenance based upon the manufacturers mileage intervals and sell repairs.
DUTIES OF SERVICE ADVISORS:
-Positively and energetically greeting customers as they arrive
-Completing service write ups
-Selling recommended maintenance and repair work
-Follow-up with customers on declined work
-Effectively managing the service lane
-Working closely with extended warranty companies.
QUALIFIED SERVICE ADVISORS:
-Must have some level of instructor led automotive training (e.g. high school automotive, vocational, college, technical school, OEM, etc.)
-Must have at least 2 years previous service writing experience.
-Must have a professional appearance, great communication skills, and can sell/recommend service.
- A history of excellent CSI scores
-Must have valid drivers license, and clean driving record
