Summary:
The Account Executive is responsible for the successfully selling Synergy Home Care, An Affiliate of Kindred at Home, home health services in a defined geographic territory and developing and implementing a comprehensive external and internal sales and marketing plan.
Essential Functions:
The Account Executive educates physician offices/groups, hospitals, long-term care facilities (nursing homes, assisted living facilities, etc.) on the benefits of home health and/or hospice services.
Duties include identifying and properly qualifying opportunities, making presentations to key decision makers and overcoming objections.
The Account Executive is required to complete a minimum number of sales calls per day as outlined by Regional Sales Manager.
The Account Executive is responsible for maintaining accurate and complete records of referral sources in Referral Source Link (RSL).
The Account Executive is responsible for maintaining and documenting marketing expenditures and submitting expense reports in a timely manner.
The Account Executive performs market research and analysis.
The Account Executive works with interdisciplinary team to facilitate community education to physicians, hospitals, long-term care facilities, allied healthcare professionals and the community at large.
The Account Executive furnishes marketing advice, counsel and general staff support to all departments within the company.
The Account Executive closely monitors external and internal environment for development of new market segments.
The Account Executive develops marketing campaigns for existing or new services offered to include formulating a specific budget and expenditure for plan for each campaign.
The Account Executive assists with public relations outreach through speaking engagements, in-services and other involvement in community organizations, trade shows and co-marketing with allied healthcare professionals.
The Account Executive performs other related duties as assigned or requested.

Education:
College degree or equivalent work experience required.
Licenses/Certification:
Current driver's license.
Must have reliable transportation and insurance.
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of healthcare experience in a sales/marketing role preferably home health, hospice or a related industry.

.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
