years experience handling, reviewing and coordinating the activities involving complex environmental and latent type and asbestos claims.
Shall:
Reviews loss notices.
Interprets policy coverage.
Establish reserves.
Handles claims involving primary, excess, and umbrella coverage.
Respond to Reinsurance issues.
Coordinate defense counsel, expert witnesses, and generally support defense.
Evaluate liability and damages.
Participation in settlement conferences.
Aid in the development and improvement of claims handling techniques, expense control, and strategic protocol.
Generate reports for management.
