DUTIES:
Provides input for design of Pre-launch activities including tooling for prototype and production processing, molds, cavities, part finishing tooling, jigs, and fixtures.
Streamlines production processes through use of lean/kaizen system tools.
Improves production operating efficiencies (scrap reduction, downtime reduction, waste elimination etc).
Responds to safety and ergonomic concerns.
Coordinate machine development and tooling benchmarking.
Communicates with corporate purchasing and machine suppliers to develop machines on time.
Trains technicians on new equipment and provide basic operating procedures.
Develops equipment for PPAP and production launch.
Assists scheduling start-up activities.
Reviews product/process and tools.
Provides troubleshooting assistance.
Coordinates process improvement activities.
MUSTS:
BSME required or equivalent technical degree.
Experienced performing pre-production mold & tool trials.
Must be able to conceptualize mechanical equipment; visualize relation and interaction for the manufacturability of molded components.
Must be experienced in rubber/plastic injection molding processing.
Tooling equipment design experience desired.
Strong quantitative, statistical, scientific molding press characterization & optimization methods.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
