Our clients come from various industries including financial services, heakth/fitness, media services, retail and travel. Calls may invole billing inquiries, product or services orders, installation scheduling or technical product troubleshooting. Upselling may be required.

Ability to communicate and wok effectively with team members.
Proffesional, articulate voice.
Ability to mulit-task in several computer applications while holding a conversation with a customer.
Type 25 words per minute with a minimum of 95% accuracy.
