Manage campus and internal recruitment planning and coordination, potential interview processes, data management and communication. Ultimately, this individual is accountable for both internal hires and revenue generating roles for candidates who have been identified as potential hires for clients. This individual must deliver responsive service to our organization while managing multiple complex processes in a highly pressured and urgent environment.

Develop Relationships
Determine target schools that are advantageous for the organization to participate
Identify and develop relationships with university officials to contribute to overall insight and activities at each target school
Identify and develop relationships with potential candidate hires
Coordinate campus and internal recruitment schedules and communicate to management
Coordinate the development, reproduction and distribution of job descriptions and fliers for campus and online recruitment
Communicate all scheduled dates and confirm participation for internal and campus efforts
Generation and proof-reading of job descriptions and any advertisement
Coordinate closely with Management to ensure unified approach
Coordinate all planning, logistics and execution for career fairs, internships, marketing events, and full-time and hourly candidates
Assist in diversity recruiting efforts as needed
Assist in the preparation and implementation of undergraduate pipelining programs
Track and update candidates through Maxhire/Bullhorn
Utilize various on-line recruiting tactics including Bullhorn Reach, Careerbuilder, Dice, etc.
Coordinate new hire processing by working with SVP
Research and determine internships for organization
Prepare offer letters and welcome packets and track all candidate paperwork
Prepare contracts for internal and external employees including W-4, 1099 etc,
Banner resumes for internal staff
Assist with any other administrative duties as necessary

? Collaborate with senior management on marketing plans that integrate brand communications for the organization
? Monitor and manage all postings and content on social media and continue to provide daily content, come up with ideas, create contests and campaigns
? Create a continued popularity in our social media as well as measure success of social media (reports/Analytics)
? Mange multiple blogs for the company as well as posting to affiliate blogs
? Produce marketing videos for the company as new way of marketing
? Continually analyze results, suggest and implement changes in marketing strategy to improve performance
? Regularly review marketing strategies that revolve around the staffing world and new strategies in social media for staffing and digital marketing to leverage best practices for the industry
Design/Web
Responsibilities:
? Design & create marketing pieces and email marketing blasts as needed for the entire company
? Manage website content and information for Top Prospect Group and ThinkTPG website, as well as LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook and any others that may be applicable.
? Come up with and design the most innovate ways to display our information with new trends such as info graphics
? Design tradeshow-like materials for use at networking events to increase market presence for the company
Assist in the analysis of our company website on an ongoing basis.
Come up with new content and flow for the website
Leveraging SEO to create pinpoint copy to leverage the best use of SEO
Creating SEO density in areas (key words) we want to achieve increased SEO
Work with internal IT team to streamline process between vendors and our internal softwareEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
