QUALIFICATIONS DESIRED:
Two to four years of prior related Help Desk, Desktop Support, or Call Center experience.
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft desktop operating systems (Windows XP/Vista/7), Linux, WYSE terminals Microsoft Office applications (Powerpoint, Word, Outlook and Excel).
Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Access, Visio, Project) and Desktop Publishing applications (e.g. Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft FrontPage, or Quark).
Excellent verbal and written communications skills are required, including calm, courteous telephone manner.
Excellent team skills and capable of working with minimal supervision in a fast paced environment.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
