Responsible for meeting quarterly district sales objectives
Oversee district and representative expenses ($26K-$36K monthly)
Summary:
Deliver district sales objectives on a quarterly basis
Coach, develop representatives performance, work approaches and behaviour improvement
Conduct co-travel with representatives 4-days each week
Deliver Field Contact Reports (FCR) within 48-hours of field ride with representative
Collaborate with medical science team to ensure strategic deployment of MSL
Retain top talent, recruit, screen, interview, and train new representatives as needed
Provide senior management with performance, intelligence and competitive activity monthly
Responsible for effective deployment of district resource allotments (samples, programs, etc)
Conduct regional team sales/training meetings 2-3 times per year
Develop, maintain effective business relationships with key physicians and KOL's in district
Monitor district travel and expense reports on a weekly basis
Monitor and maintain good compliance practices (PhARMA) and Ferring guidelines (SOP's)
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree or related experience
5-7 years field sales experience
Demonstrated ability to lead teams to meet or exceed objectives
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Solid decision making skills
Demonstrated ability to work with others towards collaborative achievement of goals
Strong presentation and communication skills
Strong analytical and computer skills
Familiarity, expertise in management and human behaviour concepts
Familiarity with marketing concepts such as brand positioning, market planning, buyer behaviour, product promotionEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
