AEL-Span, a rapidly growing Supply Chain Solutions Company is currently looking for an experienced Inventory Analyst with a passion for excellence.
The ideal candidate will possess the ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing, along with strong Microsoft Excel skills. Maintaining accurate inventory levels, as well as having the ability to recognize trends and take actions to ensure appropriate inventory levels are keys to the success of this position.
Other Duties and Responsibilities include:
Ensuring accurate inventory levels both physically and in the warehouse management system.
Ability to maintain a strong relationship/communications with our customer and interpret their needs.
Responsible for providing training to personnel.
Project management
Special projects and activities as assigned by the Manager.
Requirements:
Solid mathematical skills that include formulas and calculations for analysis.
Proficient in the use of MS Office Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word and Access
Ability to develop presentations and present information professionally.
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and meet specific goals and deadlines.
Experience in quality is a plus.
Education/Relevant
Experience:
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience required.
Prefer minimum of 3
years related industry experience in supply chain, transportation or logistics.
Qualified candidates must be dependable, responsible, and able to work flexible hours Monday - Friday, and occasionally on weekends if needed.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
