Chemetall, a division of Rockwood Specialties, is a leading specialty chemical company whose quality, innovation and service exceeds the expectations of our customers. We are currently looking to hire an CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE to work in our manufacturing plant in Michigan.
Duties:
This position is responsible for order entry, order status and various tasks associated with customer service in the Blackman Township call center. Typically, this position will follow-up and process 30-40 orders daily. Orders will be placed via phone, email, fax or internet. This position will interact with customers, technical service group, out side sales group and manufacturing to effectively execute order entry and maximize customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
CSRs must possess excellent oral and written communication skills
Proficiency using Microsoft Office programs, Lotus Notes and SAP.
A high level of professionalism and customer service orientation is required.
Exceptional keyboarding skills (speed and accuracy) needed.
Candidates must be resourceful and possess excellent follow-up skills to maximize customer satisfaction and attention to detail.
Prior order entry experience desired
