Summary:
Primary responsibility is to provide exceptional customer service to individuals visiting the Sprint store. Position will provide ongoing support to Retail Sales Representatives as well as managers.
II. Duties and
Responsibilities:
a. Actively greet customers using the Sprint STAR process.
b. Ensure customer's needs are met and that every customer has a positive experience.
c. Process bill payments, respond to billing inquires, and direct the flow of customer traffic.
d. Support managers with administrative duties as assigned.
e. Assist in keeping the overall appearance of the store clean and neat.
f. Assist sales associates with the transfer of contacts/address books when swapping out phones.
g. Responsible for keeping up to date with current Sprint methods and procedures.
h. Responsible for following, supporting, and enforcing all internal control processes and procedures.
III. Qualification Requirements:
a. Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent
b. Experience Level: One year of customer service experience.
c. Skills
Summary: Strong verbal, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
