Summary
Graphics Designer-P1
Designs, develops and maintains portfolio of high-quality visual and physical creative materials as part of Touchstone Energy's (TSE) programs and services. Creates consistent look and feel design for all Touchstone Energy national programs and designs tools to help team members use these designs consistently. Supports the Touchstone Energy team and external members in day-to-day graphic design, web design, multimedia, layout, and other visual communications. Meets Touchstone Energy's creative needs by developing and producing media that includes digital, print, illustration and web design. Collaborates with team on creative strategies to support multiple projects for different programs. Helps guide Touchstone Energy staff and members to effectively utilize brand materials and maintain brand standards.
Purpose and Mission
Creates consistent look and feel design for all Touchstone Energy national programs and designs tools to help team members use these designs consistently. Develops, designs and executes creative materials, including print, digital, interactive, video, web, brochures, email graphics, handouts, newsletters, reports, presentations, exhibits, and banners for both internal and external communications.
Updates and maintains existing portfolio of Touchstone Energy materials including print advertisements, web banners, video, brochures, reports, manuals and presentations.
Provides guidance to TSE staff and external members to uphold Touchstone Energy brand standards and to ensure compliance of brand use. Continually audits brand resources (internal and external) to identify inconsistencies in brand identification and standards.
Collaborates with Touchstone Energy team to create strategies to support Touchstone Energy member needs. Helps provide operational perspective on development and implementation of strategic communications programs.
Effectively tracks and catalogs electronic assets, including logos, photos, print ads, video ads, web assets, and other marketing collateral.
Requirements and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in in graphic design, fine arts, or closely related field
1-3 years of progressive work experience in a fast-paced creative and production environment, conceiving and executing graphic projects.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite.
Experience in web design and development, including Wordpress, HTML, and custom CMS solutions.
Knowledge and familiarity with composition and graphic design, print and digital production.
Demonstrated understanding of industry standards and design best practices with knowledge of the principles of typography, layout, illustration, photography and production, with a prepared portfolio as evidence.
Knowledge and familiarity with the creative process and the ability to move a project from conception to completion. Ability to conceptualize, storyboard and articulate creative concepts and rationale to other team members.
Knowledge and experience with managing asset management systems and digital media repositories.
Ability to understand needs of internal partners and confidently inform them of the most appropriate solution(s).
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage timelines, workflow and resources efficiently.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, maintain professional composure and facilitate consensus amongst parties to achieve project goals.
Must be self-motivated and able to carry projects from inception to completion; must also work well in a team environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
